Working Out Chocolate Ice Cream with Yeast Extract

I’m working on Chocomite ice cream.

Thus far:

Vegemite: more-ish, must be the MSG
Marmite: runny and bitter
Aussiemite: Like Vegemite that has been barbecued

Chocolate custard made. I’ll follow up
