How Can A Half Cabbage Turn Into A Shitload Of Cabbage?

  I’m making Spring Rolls for the son. A bit of Cabbage is called for. Chop up half of a Cabbage head and I’m lost in Green. Such a small creature, yet fills out any chopping board.
